The first section you need to start working on is the objectives section of your resume. This needs to be interesting and to the point. Don't state why you need the job state what you can do for the employer and why they should hire you.
Your entire resume should reflect the fact that your employer needs you.You also need to focus on the skills you are really good at and sweep under the rug what you don't know. Focus on your strengths and your best abilities and you will have no problem bagging a job.
